Computers
ACCEL maintains approximately 112 desktop computers, which are available for use by members of the Cornell community. These machines are single-boot Windows computers with an Ubuntu (Linux) Virtual Machine. Additionally, ACCEL provides a Mac workstation (with multimedia capabilities). There is a large and growing selection of software installed on these machines. There are also a number of scanners (with detailed instructions attached) installed throughout the lab.
Printers
Patrons of ACCEL can print to any one of five printers by using Net-Print. Both black and white (HP 8150) and color (Xerox Phaser 8200s and 8400s) laser printers available on the first floor of the library, as well as the second floor classrooms.

Equipment Loans
ACCEL provides laptops and other equipment for loan to members of the Cornell community. Equipment is issued at the Engineering Library service desk on the ground floor of Carpenter Hall. For more information, please see the Engineering Library's Laptop and Equipment Loan Policy.
